Executive Director, Ala-ud-Din Academy (ALDA) Girls High School
Zareen Niazi is an accomplished Organizational Development and Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in academic and social development sectors. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Punjab University, Lahore, and a Master of Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, Atlanta, USA.
Since 2005, she has served as Executive Director of Ala-ud-Din Academy (ALDA) Girls High School in Lahore, a non-profit institution providing quality education to girls at subsidized tuition rates. Previously, she worked as a Human Resources Consultant with international organizations including UNIFEM, KPMG, Raksha, The Coca-Cola Company, and Symphony, and as Manager of Human Resources at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
Zareen is also a founding member and General Body Member of DAMEN (Development Action for Mobilization and Emancipation) and DAMEN Support Program, as well as Director of the Women Digital League (WDL) and the Tehzīb-ul-Ikhlāq Trust Education Board. Her expertise spans leadership, communication, team management, and organizational development across diverse cultural contexts.
Imran Khalid Niazi

Imran Khalid Niazi is a seasoned global leader with over two decades of experience in technical and organizational leadership across multinational industries, including fertilizers, food, dairy, and pharmaceuticals. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University and an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona, USA.
Imran spent over 21 years at The Coca-Cola Company, serving in senior technical and leadership roles across multiple regions, including South West Asia, North and West Africa, Japan, and the USA. His distinguished career culminated as Vice President, Global Technical Capability at The Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta, USA, before retiring in 2014.
Beyond his corporate career, Imran has contributed extensively to education, social development, and entrepreneurship in Pakistan. He serves as Director at Ala-ud-Din Academy Girls High School and several leading companies, including Starch Pack (Pvt.) Ltd, Bulleh Shah Packaging (Pvt.) Ltd, and Packages Real Estate (Pvt.) Ltd. He is also actively involved with the DAMEN Support Program and Tehzib-ul-Ikhlaq Trust, and serves as Executive-in-Residence at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

Mobeen Ahmed
Chief Executive Officer, Dynamic Sportswear (Pvt.) Ltd.
Mobeen Ahmed is a seasoned industrial leader with extensive experience in textile manufacturing and management. He holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA, and has led Dynamic Sportswear (Pvt.) Ltd. and Dynamic Spinning Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. since 1992. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of Pakistan’s leading exporters of socks, expanding from just ten knitting machines to over 600.
Before founding Dynamic Sportswear, Mobeen spent over a decade at ICI Polyester Pakistan (1981–1992) in key leadership roles. He also serves as a Trustee of the Zarina Shamim Trust and a General Body Member of DAMEN (Development Action for Mobilization and Emancipation), a Lahore-based NGO focused on women’s empowerment and social development.
